Include these and we can usually solve it on the first reply:
- The email address on your RepMax account
- Your iPhone model and iOS version
- The app version (Settings, at the bottom)
- What you expected, and what happened instead
- A screenshot or screen recording if you can
Other places to go
Billing and refunds are handled by Apple, not by us — start there for anything payment related.
- Request a refund from Apple
- Manage or cancel your subscription
- Privacy Policy — what we collect and how to delete it
- Terms of Use — subscription terms and disclaimers

How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are billed by Apple, so they are cancelled in iOS, not in RepMax:
- Open Settings on your iPhone
- Tap your name at the top, then Subscriptions
- Tap RepMax, then Cancel Subscription
You keep full access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.
I paid but the app still says I'm locked
Open the app, go to Settings → Manage Subscription and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you are signed into the same Apple ID that made the purchase.
If it still won't unlock, email us with the Apple receipt and the email on your RepMax account and we'll sort it out.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds for App Store purchases are issued by Apple, not by us — we genuinely cannot process them. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
If something in the app is broken, tell us anyway. We would rather fix it than have you leave.
How do I delete my account and data?
Account deletion is in the app's Settings. It removes your account along with your workout, nutrition and photo data.
Two things to know: deletion is permanent and cannot be undone, and it does not cancel your subscription — cancel that through Apple first, or you will keep being billed.
I logged a workout with no signal. Where did it go?
Nowhere — it's on your phone. RepMax runs the whole session locally, so losing signal mid-workout changes nothing.
Sync happens quietly in the background the next time you have a connection, usually within seconds of reconnecting, with no spinner and nothing for you to tap. If a session is still missing on another device after you have been back online for a few minutes, email us.
My sets are missing, or a workout looks wrong
Past workouts are editable. Open Reports → History, tap the session, and edit or delete the sets from there. You can also rename a freestyle session if the auto-generated name isn't what you want.
If data you definitely logged is genuinely gone, email us with the date and approximate time of the session.
The AI got my food wrong
Photo and text food logging produce estimates, and the portion size is the part they most often miss. Every parsed entry is editable before you save it — adjust the grams or the macros and save.
For things you eat regularly, create them once as a saved food or meal and log them exactly from then on. For packaged food, the barcode scanner is more reliable than a photo.
Can I switch between pounds and kilograms?
Yes — Settings → units. It switches everything, including your entire history, immediately. Your lifts are stored independently of the unit you typed them in, so nothing is rounded away by switching back and forth.
Can I change programs without losing my progress?
Yes. When you switch programs, RepMax saves where you were in the old one — including which days you completed — so you can come back to it later and pick up from the right day.
I forgot my password
Use Forgot password on the login screen and we'll email you a reset link. Check your spam folder before emailing us — that's where it usually is.
Is there an Android version?
Not at launch. RepMax is iPhone-only for now.
Still stuck?
Send us the details and we'll take it from there.
